A close neighbor to Orlando, all of your Disney dreams can come true at your leisure. On days that you don t want to leave Davenport, enjoy peaceful walks around Polo Park, a game of golf at Orange Lake Golf, and a delicious meal at one of the city s numerous eateries. Additionally, right at your stay, appreciate having access to a shared hot tub, pool, lazy river, children s pool, and fitness center. Inside, sprawl out and get comfortable in the spacious shared living areas and sizable bedrooms. The sunny living room features comfortable seating, a large TV, and easy outdoor access. Steps away, the townhome s well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The primary bedroom will become a serene space for you to nestle down and enjoy bubble baths, TV viewings, and early morning cups of coffee on the private balcony. The little ones of the group will adore their bedroom s playful Disney-themed decor. Additional interior perks include a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent. Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk. Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.
