Venture outside to the partially shaded patio to find ample seating and a screened-in swimming pool and spillover spa. Back indoors, you ll be treated to a movie room with a 100-inch projection screen and a garage game room with a Ping-Pong table. What s nearby: This home is wonderfully located a quarter-mile south of the Solterra Resort Clubhouse, a 5,600-square-foot space that features a beach-entry swimming pool with a water slide, a lazy river, poolside cabanas, tennis courts, a gym, a children s playground, and the Cafe Sol Bar Grill. If you re looking to explore the countless activities and attractions in the greater Orlando area, Disney World - along with Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon - is 12 miles northeast, SeaWorld Orlando is 17 miles northeast, and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are 22 miles northeast. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen *The pool and spas do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of may-sept for $32 / day.
